It’s easy to forget at times — when you are focused on managing an online reputation to put out fires– that doing good and is the best thing you can do to build a great reputation. In this story, a garage surprised a customer with great service. They simply did the honest thing, which the customer wasn’t expecting. I suppose it’s actually a sad comment on our times, and shows how little people trust some of those they depend on for services — like auto mechanics.
